Why here
Open when you are actually free
Most people who want a massage want it on a Sunday afternoon, or at seven on a weeknight after a commute that ran long. That is exactly when a lot of studios are shut. We are open from 9 in the morning until 8 at night, every day of the week, and we take walk-ins whenever a table is free.
A call five minutes ahead turns a maybe into a yes. Online booking is open around the clock, so you can book a same-day session at one in the morning if that is when you remember. The one thing worth planning ahead is a couples booking — that needs two therapists free at the same moment.
One price, written down
Every price on this site is the price you pay. No member rate, no non-member rate, no premium for a more senior therapist, and no fifty-minute hour called an hour.
A private room, every time
Not a curtain, not a partitioned bay. A room with a door, and you are draped for the whole session with only the area being worked uncovered.
The pressure you asked for
Firm does not have to mean painful, and light does not have to mean pointless. Say what you want at the start, and say it again if it is wrong halfway through.
A real address with a free lot
Suite 300 at 1911 Mountain View Ln #300 — a professional building shared with a dental practice, an orthodontist, a counseling practice and a chiropractor. Park at the door.
Inside a session
You book a length. You choose the work.
The menu is four services and a set of lengths, not a catalogue of named rituals. What actually changes between one hour and the next is the technique, and that is a conversation you have with your therapist at the start rather than a box you tick at booking. These are the styles our therapists work in.
Long, flowing strokes at a relaxing pace. The default if you do not ask for anything else.
Slower and firmer, working through the layers where a knot actually sits.
Sustained thumb and finger pressure held on specific points.
Smooth heated stones used to warm tight muscle before hands-on work.
Suction cups that lift tissue rather than press into it.
Two therapists working at once, by arrangement — call ahead for this one.
Side-lying and supported, for pregnancy after the first trimester.
Two tables, one private room. Book two sessions at the same start time.
Massage is a licensed profession in Oregon — every practicing therapist must hold a state license, and the studio itself must hold a Board-issued facility permit. Both are searchable free on the Oregon Board’s public lookup. How Oregon regulates massage.
Four hands and couples both need two therapists at once, so call ahead for those. Pregnancy work is side-lying and supported — see prenatal massage, and talk to your own provider first.
The rooms
Small, quiet and ours
These are photographs of the actual studio, not stock. It is a modest space in a professional building on the east side of Forest Grove — a waiting area, private treatment rooms, and one room with two tables in it for couples.
Getting here
The last block of Forest Grove, before Cornelius
We are a block and a half south of Pacific Avenue — which is TV Highway at this point — at the corner of 19th Avenue and Mountain View Lane. That puts us on the near side of town from everywhere east, so nobody has to drive through downtown to reach us.
Before you book
Six guides that sell you nothing
Written plainly, cited to the NIH’s own center for complementary health and other institutions that have nothing to sell, and honest about where the evidence for massage is thin. Read one before you spend money.

Are you open on Sundays?
Can I get a massage the same day?
How long should my first massage be?
Do you offer couples massage?
